1. you will need your Garmin GPS Unit ( such as the e-map )

2. You will need the Garmin PC Interface cable.

3. You will need a Garmin MapSource CD Rom.

4. Simply copy the file that you have downloaded and unpacked from this site into the Garmin folder on your hard drive. Under the menu choose OPEN and select the downloaded file.

5. Click on the download ( to GPS ) button and the route will be added to the memory of your GPS!
